Before you start
- Use a clear icon source with enough transparent space around its visible shape.
Steps
- Open Icon Animator and choose a loop or concise reveal.
- Set source scale for the smallest placement where the icon will appear.
- Adjust duration and effect-specific controls.
- Play two or more cycles and watch the transition from the final frame back to the first.
- Export in a format supported by the target interface or website.
Expected result
The symbol reads quickly and restarts cleanly in its intended interface, loader or social placement.
Common problems
- Small interface placements often need simpler motion and stronger contrast than larger social assets.
Common questions
Does DanceLogo export Lottie JSON or animated SVG?
Not currently. DanceLogo exports animated image, video and frame-based formats. If the implementation requires Lottie JSON or animated SVG, use a vector-animation workflow designed for those formats.
Can I use a DanceLogo icon animation on a website or in an app?
Yes, as an exported image or video asset supported by the destination. Website or app triggers such as hover, click and state changes are implemented separately.
Can an animated icon keep a transparent background?
Yes. Use PNG for a still frame, animated WebP or Frame ZIP, or WebM when the browser and destination support alpha. GIF requires an opaque background, and MP4 fills transparent pixels with black.
