DanceLogo Studio blocks export when the preview is invalid, the browser lacks the required encoder, the background source is unavailable, settings exceed local limits, or the export pass is inactive. The readiness message identifies the current blocker.

Before you start

  • Save the project before changing browsers or reloading.

Steps

  1. Read the Export readiness label and detail instead of repeatedly starting the render.
  2. Wait for the asset, background and renderer to finish loading.
  3. Choose a supported size, 12/24/30 fps and a valid loop count.
  4. Lower the dimensions or frame rate for a heavy Frame ZIP or video render.
  5. Try another supported format when the browser does not expose the required encoder.
  6. Close busy tabs, retry once, then contact support with the exact message if it still fails.

Expected result

Export returns to Ready and the selected format can render locally in the browser.

Common problems

  • Session expired: refresh and sign in again before retrying the project save or account access check.
  • Background unavailable: reload or replace the selected image.
