2.10 Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds for animated logo files that have been created through our animated logo creator tool and purchased through our platform. Since we supply you with the ability to preview your animated logo design in full before purchasing it, we currently do not offer refunds other than in extreme cases.

This policy is because once design files have been downloaded, our users have complete possession of these files, and it isn't easy to ensure whether or not they've been used outside of the DanceLogo platform.
